Life Coaches Wear Many Hats
A Life Coach typically wears several hats: They are first and foremost, a Coach. But they are also a mentor, supporter, professional cheerleader and confidant. A Life Coach call also be a teacher, writer, blogger, publisher and podcaster—which support their Coaching work.
In some cases, Life Coaches specialize in certain areas, which can make the list even longer. Here at Thrivenity, my Coaching focus is on Resilience and Personal Development. You can also add Positive Psychology Consultant to the list.
Positive Psychology is a natural fit for Life Coaching, enriching the art and science of this field with its many wonderful concepts and tools.
Therefore, I am excited to now bring these wonderful concepts and tools to TLC visitors in book form!

Introducing 7 Steps to Self-Confidence! This is my first published work in the field of Positive Psychology. It is also the first publication in my Positive Psychology Tools You Can Use Series.
Positive Psychology is a burgeoning field because it falls within the Self-Improvement niche, but it is also backed by science.
Positive Psychology is based upon the PERMA-V model, which focuses on six highly-relevent Self-Improvement categories: Positivity, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement, Vitality.
7 Steps to Self-Confidence is a how-to book that cuts to the chase by giving readers information and tools they can take action on. Exercises are woven into the content to help the reader grasp the tools and experience the greatest results.
Right from the start, the reader learns how to build a foundation of Self-Confidence upon which they can build. Succeeding Steps are properly sequenced, leading the reader along a path that helps the them connect the dots along their journey.
